Full Conference registration includes 3 day attendance (September 16 – 18, 2019), delegate bag, printed program, educational sessions and social events, meals provided during the conference and evening reception. Fees are in CAD Dollars.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
An administration fee of $250 applies to all cancellations received before August 16, 2019. NO REFUND after August 16, 2019.
Requests for refunds must be in writing. Registrations are transferable at no additional cost. Name substitutions are accepted in writing only (email is acceptable) to the Conference Secretariat.
The Conference Secretariat reserves the right to cancel this program. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of the cancellation. The Secretariat will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses other than the registration fees that such cancellation may cause.
